Hospice of Grace complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable California state privacy laws regarding the protection of patient health information. Our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices is provided separately to patients at the time of admission and governs our use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI). This website's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy address the use of the Site and non-PHI data collected online.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
